Snuggles is 18 and lost use of his back legs. He has received excellent treatment and we have be able to spend time with him in a private room every day. Four days later he has made an amazing recovery. We plan to take him home tomorrow. He is walking and appears to have been treated as well as we would have treated him ourselves. Our sincere thanks to VSS. They are wonderful!
VSS took incredible care of my corgi recently. He was rushed in for emergency surgery to remove an abdominal blockage, and every member of the staff we encountered were just wonderful. They called us multiple times daily to let us know how he was doing, and let us visit with him as long as we wanted. This was my first experience with VSS, and I will definitely be going back to them for the next emergency (though hopefully that's a ways off!).
1 year ago, our Great Dane, Alina, was diagnosed with Wobbler's. Dr. Wininger and staff took excellent care of her. Her surgery went fantastic and I'm happy to say that she is running around like nothing ever happened.
My dog has been in our family for 11 years and sadly to say she has gotten to the point where she is on borrowed time. this year I have had to go through this terrible experience and ordeal, VSS was able to give me a solid answer that my other vet could not and they were able to tell me the truth about our unfortunate news . Everyone here is amazing!,! I love the staff and how caring they are and how welcome they make you feel.
The staff is very nice and always give me an update on my dog when I call. I know my dog is in good hands with them!
