I just started going to Valley West a few months ago when I was ready to give up on my little Bella that was overdosed on prednisone from my prior Vet and was in kidney and liver failure and was in terrible shape . My friend and groomer told me to take my Bella to Valley West and I did immediately and that is when I met Dr Amy Isaac " our guardian angel " that saved my Bella . I very much dislike elk valley vet, they do not examine there female cats before spaying making sure she's not pregnant and when they find out the cat is pregnant they abort the babies without consulting with the pet owner!! That should be protocal for this vet as it is at other vets, and then they charge u for aborting the babies!! Had i known she was preggo i wouldnt have taken her to be spayed, I know some people dont care but as a pet owner who loves and sees there pets as family i should have been notified to make the ... read more
