RecommendedHad to have my Boston put to sleep. They were so nice and took paw prints, and fixed her up for me to take her home And mailed me a nice card and they all signed it. They take care of all my dogs. And are very nice and professional. Best Hospital in state.

My beagle Willow loves this place. The doctors and staff are wonderful. I was surprised when they called to check on her after she had surgery. My doctor doesn't do that. Very happy with the care and love they show.
We are new pet owners in Charleston and many friends recommended Valley West. We are very pleased! Dr. Metz was incredible during our appt, as was Marsha and Gabrielle! Our fur baby got spayed and they did an incredible job and even called to check on her today, which was so sweet! Thank you for being awesome, caring, and loving!! They saved my baby!! His spleen they believed flipped and I brought his no appointment never been seen there they got him right back and did surgery the same day I got there at 11 and he was ready to come home by the time they closed! The staff was amazing
