I have been taking my pets to Valley West and also their Elkview office for about 10 years. I have never received anything but top rate service and the vets and excellent and friendly. Highly recommended!

Took our dog to see Dr. Skaff yesterday because he was not feeling well. She was very thorough and explained all the possibilities. She ran the needed tests and was very patient and kind with him! We ended up running over hours and she still stayed late, did not rush. The whole staff was extremely nice and informative. She sent us home on some antibiotics and told us we should see improvement within a certain amount of time. We now have a happy, cheerful dog today so medicine seems to be working great. Highly recommend!!
Gotta give a shout-out to Dr. Tom Isaac. My 12-year-old Cavalier vomited blood this morning! In a panic, I went to Valley West without an appointment and asked to see Dr. Tom. It was his surgery day. But, yes, he made time for Chloe!
Everyone there is really good to me and my cat! We're always seen on time. Phone calls returned. A+
Valley West has never failed to provide quality care for our pets. They have helped us through moments of intense sorrow when we had to say goodbye to a few of our babies, over many years. Their service and expertise have always been spot on! They are empathetic and show a great deal of patience with all our questions. Also, they provide reasonably priced service and meds too. Recommend!!!!!
