Tina is truly a dedicated and compassionate vet technician. She is always reliable and punctual, and her gentle demeanor puts the most anxious animals at ease. She is excellent at explaining the most complex procedures in a way that they understand, and she's always willing to go the extra mile for the pet and the pet owner. Tina is a valuable team member of the vet team on the 4th and is always willing to help others making her invaluable.
I had an incident with my kitty cat. They were one of the few vets open (and easy to get a hold of) on a Sunday. I promptly got in after calling ahead, Kristie was supremely kind and nice. Pumpkin received quick care. Dr Gribble and staff made me feel like my animal received good care. Which is nice, amidst the anxious feelings you get when your pet is hurt. Would recommend and use again.
Service is excellent. Covid-19 aware. Sent to a private room with little or no waiting in the common area. Staff is informative and courteous. Price was up front.
The Vet on 4th staff is wonderful...from the front desk, technicians to the Vets! They take the time necessary to explain treatments, plans, medications, preventive care and surgeries. In an emergency, you are definitely priority, with all hands on deck providing excellent care and have ready access to state of the art equipment to meet your pets needs. I'm grateful for them as well as the extended hours. Thank you Vet On 4th for always taking such good care of my fur babies.
Can't thank these wonderful, caring people enough for the tender loving care they gave my sweet kittie!! Their quick response during a medical problem that terrified me was amazing!!! Professional and reasonable!!
The wait was to long even tho we had appointment. They are very expensive. They charge $37 to trim your pets nails. Why so much for a five a 5 minute job?? it should be included with the office visit or not charge that kind of price. The worst part was how dirty the examination room was. There was so much dog hair and dirt in the floor It looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. It was very unsanitary. People cannot afford to take care of their pets because like everything else prices are outrageous.
just wanted to share my experience with the vet on 4th. I decided to visit after my vet left unexpectedly and found myself without care for my baby. He was treated for a back injury. He was finally able to regain most of his mobility. He suddenly became ill with vomiting. thought it was one of new prescriptions that had been prescribed. took him in for check and changed meds.
