We listened as you cleared space in your busy schedule to ensure he had the best possible care. You clearly explained what you had done, and why he should move to VSEC. Thanks to you, he is making a slow but steady recovery. I appreciated your practice during normal times, but your performance in these emergency circumstances was truly amazing.
