The nurse came out to my car right away after I called when I arrived. I felt the nurse and doctor were very efficient with their job. Dr. Flasik was very sincere and patient about talking to me about my dog on phone.

This being my first visit to Rau with my chocolate lab I was impressed with the quality of care and explanation of the injury and potential steps for treatment. I know it is not a reflection on the practice , rather thanks to Covid 19, but I really would have liked to accompany my dog into the evaluation room and get a better feel of this Veterinary Hospital and its people. Feedback and insight into the situation can be lost when the owner is not present with the Vet.

This was my first visit to Rau and I was impressed by the staff and Vet that evaluated my chocolate lab's knee injury. Dr. Rosenblatt provided detailed information about her diagnosis and options for treatment. I felt comfortable knowing I had a clear direction for next steps. My only negative, and this is no fault of Rau's (thank you Covid-19!! ), is that I really would have liked to be in the examining room during the evaluation as so much can be missed without the owner's real-time input. We will be back. Thanks!

Rau Animal Hospital has always given our three kitties the best service possible. Even with the pandemic and new policies, they are More than accommodating and treat our animals like family. I am so glad that a neighbor recommended them because we will not go anywhere else! Thank you Rau!
