Amazing visit. Dr Alston was so good with Seamus. He walked in the room and called Seamus over to him and Seamus went wagging his tail. I did not have time to pre-medicate him - we were able to get into a cancelled slot. I was nervous about Seamus being non-cooperative and antsy. Dr Alston commanded that exam room and Seamus responded but not being afraid, and not being Alpha. I also left feeling hopeful that maybe a solution to his constant itching and ear infections was on the horizon. Very pleased with the visit.

Your team on Sunday was caring and fabulous! From the nurse when we called, to the doctor we saw, to the staff who checked us out. So glad we have you in our lives.
I love the staff at Rau. Everyone is very attentive to my pup and they are always knowledgeable when I have questions.
I was very pleased with our visit. The main reason we left Spring House Animal Hospital was because they had a high turnover of doctors. I hope that in the future Dr. Flasik will be Annie's primary doctor. Thank you.
