This was our first appointment at Rau with our new puppy. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor and nurse was warm, welcoming, and professional. We were seen on time. Dr, Messina and the nurse made our puppy's first visit to Rau a very positive experience. As new puppy parents, we had a lot of questions and concerns. He took the time to address each one and gave us a lot of useful information. Great experience for all of us! We feel confident entrusting the future health of our pet to Rau.
