AS ALWAYS, service that is oriented towards my dog/s, along with great customer service towards me. The techs, nurses, and doctors (this time it was Dr. Jill Rosenblatt) speak succinctly and in a manner that everything is understood.

Hi Will you let Dr Kirkoffer know Jack Is very lathargic, so i cut his dose in half, then he got a loose stool probably because we have no wd cans available. I stopped the meds and can try again when i can get his food. Also, i was impressed with the way you handle the corona. I do think distancing with the dog hand off could be evaluated and possibly improve. Thanks for everything. Kelly Van Buren

The visit For Cooper Baus went very well given the COVID-19 circumstances. The veterinary technician (I am sorry I did not ask for her name.) who met us at our car to take Cooper in for his appointment and brought him back out was excellent. She was very thorough and explained everything re: Cooper’s medication and care. All in all, one of the better visits to Rau. Thank you. Charles Baus.

Dr Jill Rosenblatt did an excellent job with my shiba inu Friday night.He had become unable to jump up on my bed for a month or so and Thursday he began to limp and hold up his left rear leg.Dr Rosenblatt did an excellent examination and then called me to discuss what she did and the possible diagnoses.She was professional and caring.I will be glad to come back and see her again.Thank you,Marla Greenberg
