I’ve been a loyal client of Orchard Road Animal Hospital for years, trusting Dr. Flieg with the care of my cats since they were kittens. But after my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this clinic. I found a stray cat in my backyard and brought him in for an assessment. If you’re looking for a respectful groomer with common courtesy who values communication and client trust, do NOT book with Kim. My dog was shaved nearly BALD, yet I was still charged for scissoring and dematting. More frustrating was the lack of a courtesy call before shaving her, which any reputable groomer would provide. RecommendedOur rescue pitbull named Ribeye is a big baby when it comes to nail trims. Dr Flieg and her staff are SO patient with him and his special needs to perform his trims every time! They are SO attentive and understanding. She is truly the best vet I have ever gone to! And I’ve had a LOT of pets over my years! I cannot recommend her enough!

RecommendedDr. Huffman and staff are wonderful, patient and knowledgeable with my 3 year old rescue pup who can be very skittish. Dr. Huffman treats my pup as if she were his own and never recommends treatment just to make money. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend

RecommendedBIG SHOUT OUT TO MY VET DR DISTAJO AT ORCHARD ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! She takes such great care of my cats, one of whom is diabetic & needs extra attention. He was having litter box issues and she recommended switching to a washing machine drain pan, which is only 2” tall. Both my furboyz christened it immediately!!! WHOO HOO!!!

RecommendedDr. Hart was wonderful during a very difficult time my daughter had with her sick cat. Dr. Hart was so calm and caring. She wasn’t rushing in and out of the room. She provided honest answers and options. Sadly, the best option for the cat was to help her pass on without suffering and Dr.Hart explained the process and allowed my daughter all the time she needed. Additionally, all the other staff were wonderful and caring.

Horrible customer service. They charged a $136 deposit and I called ahead to let them know that I'm running late and they decided to cancel my appointment and told me to pay Another $136 deposit. I Just moved into a new home in the area and couldn't find one of my cats that was supposed to go to the appointment. If they can't be understanding of running 15 minutes behind because of circumstances, then I want nothing to do with this place.
