My female rottie has been sick and under treatment from a local vet for over a year with no improvement. Her weight went from about 85-90 pounds down to 56 pounds to spite her appetite being fine. She could not do anything but eat and lay down as she did not have the energy to do anything else. She didn’t even have energy to go outside to use bathroom. I use to wouldn't have went anywhere else, years back. Don't get me wrong The veterinary is so nice and he is a good vet. the staff on the other hand are awful!!! Googled when they open on Saturday & it is 8am. my husband and I went and waited and at 8 went to the door and the older short haired lady came to the door and was very rude she said what do you need? we told her to have our cat looked at, she snaps back saying well the vet doesn't come in till 9:30, of you want your cat seen you need to go somewhere else, she said... read more

I brought my class pet, a guinea pig, in for a facial rash on concerns of it being ringworm. I wanted to assure the safety of my class and my pet. He assessed her, later found out incorrectly, for mites by swabbing her ear. Then proceeded to inform me of his opinion of self mutilation and explained he would give her a precautionary shot, Convenia, just incase. I got her facial cream and went on my way.
