They got us in right away with an abandoned newborn pup his mom stopped nursing him. great customer service!
My dear Charlotte(17 year old feline), who I have had since she was a baby(5 weeks old), was in dire straits and I took her to see Dr. Neal Brackett. He and his staff were so very kind and compassionate to us both. Dr. Brackett gave me a straight forward assessment of her situation. He said "I could run lots of tests that would cost you lots of money, but I don't think she will last another 24 hours". Dr. Brackett and his staff saved our dog, Lucy, from having her leg amputated when the emergency vet gave us 2 options: euthanasia and amputation. And, did it with compassion and at a much lesser cost. We are so thankful.

Recently, one of our cats was not feeling well. I was particularly concerned since the Covid-19 virus had caused many businesses and services to shut down due to the need for social distancing. I contacted Dr. Brackett and he had me call his clinic to set up an appointment for that afternoon. Having a sick pet is never an enjoyable experience, but Dr. Brackett put my mind at ease about the condition of our cat, treated her, and within several days she was her old self.
