The docs here are amazing. Unfortunately the support staff ruins it. Lost blood draws, not calling to tell you your pet has a parasite, telling you the dog you've been bringing for years doesn't exist, there's no account!! Please re-train your staff or stop hiring 20 somethings that don't know how to interact with anything but social media. You have a huge responsibility to people and you blow it every time!
Animal abuse - Picked up my cats after four days of boarding and both had poo caked on their butts. Vet called a couple days ago, letting me know they had diarrhea, why weren’t they cleaned? Horrified
