Worst vet is Dr Shane Walch. Run away. She is useless. The only thing they can talk about is teeth. Don’t waste your money. Never go to this place.
Don’t go here if you need your dog seen urgently. On three separate occasions, I’ve called with an injury and was told they didn’t have any openings and I would have to wait a week. Really? Is that supposed to be good care? They only help your pet if it’s a good time for them? Our old vet (we moved to Lombard and had to switch) would ALWAYS add on a patient for injury if they had a vet there in the office. They never said “sorry, you’ll have to wait a week” when I call with a bleeding dog complaint.
They charge way too much and care way too little. I will find a more compassionate animal clinic and NEVER return here again.
I've been bringing our pets here for a few years. Recently my wife and I rescued a 2-3 week old kitten found in a car. Before I was able to get her to Lombard, I had to rush her to another vet. I couldn't afford to keep her there. I asked for antibiotics and whatnot, willing to pay and they didn't give me anything. All they pushed was for me to put her down.
