RecommendedThere are no words that can possibly describe this office, the staff, the docs you have to feel it for yourself. The love they show on the phone, in person and through a difficult dx is humbling. I never question the care my dogs receive, they love them as much as I do. Compassionate, loving, patient, every single person I’ve ever encountered here. Highly recommend❤️ They not only care for our babies but they care for the owners as well.

I recently switched my girl Molly over to Dr Gawel & Dr Kaylor, they diagnosed her with Megaesophagus and basically saved her life. This is the Best Veterinary Practice I have experienced.The office staff are very kid and professional. I would highly recommend ITAH to friends and family.

been going there over 10 years. they are always friendly and take wonderful care of my kitties. they truly care about the care of the animals they see and not just about the money like some other places. We are so incredibly thankful to have found Indian Trail Animal Hospital. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Kaylor has been such a blessing for my two beagles, Wilbur and Bo. Wilbur has been suffering with allergies for several years and we finally decided to try ITAH to get a second opinion. Dr. Kaylor put a plan into place and Wilbur has improved significantly in just a matter of weeks. He doesn't even need his daily Apoquel pill any more! Very good experience for our first time. From the moment I called to make an appointment for my cat, everyone that I interacted with was very welcoming and helpful. They were even able to get me in for a same day appointment and did not rush through it even after it went past closing time. You can tell they truly care and that’s what it’s all about!

Shadow and Luna absolutely adore the staff at ITAH, especially Dr Wolfe! We’ve had bad experiences elsewhere, so I had lost faith in finding help for my older lab with constant skin problems. A simple blood test and a doctor who absolutely listens to my concerns have changed my thoughts 100%! He is becoming comfortable again. His skin/hair is shining!
