RecommendedI knew Dr. Harris when he built and opened this hospital. He hired Dr. Hodges and Dr. Simon, he asked me what my idea of them was, I told him that both were excellent. He agreed, he said he wanted special Doctors and he got two. Dr. Hodges did so many c sections on my Bulldogs, one day she was supposed to be at a family dinner, but she called them and told them she could not attend, she had Zipper in labor. RecommendedHarris Animal Hospital is the most amazing veterinary clinic in the area. Drs. Hodges and Simon are so knowledgeable and compassionate when it comes to animal care, and the staff is amazing. The clinic is state of the art, and you feel like family when you are there. I would highly recommend them!

RecommendedWe've taken our family pets to Harris for as long as I can remember. My parents were watching my dog for me when she had a medical emergency and they rushed her to Harris. My dog hadn't been there before but they took the greatest care of her! Great and very knowledgable staff
RecommendedDr Hodges and all of the staff are amazing. I have been taking dogs there for more years than I can remember. My Flat Coated Retriever puppy developed a deteriorating ulcer on her eye. I took her to Dr Hodges and thanks to her observation of Neiko, she determined that she needed to go to Virginia Tech ASAP in order to save her eye. If it wasn't for Dr Hodges and her staff she could have lost her eye. I highly recommend them

I continue to be quite pleased with the way both Dr. Hodges and Dr. Simon interact with my furry family members, as well as all others. RecommendedLucinda had our then foster, now our adopted peke, Pepper Ann. She was pretty sick when she was rescued. Lucinda and her staff took exceptional care of her and got her thru some rough medical issues. I can't say enough about their expertise and compassion for their clients. I would highly recommend them.
RecommendedA big "thank you" to Dr. Hodges and her staff. I started going to this practice almost 20 years ago. They have always taken excellent care of my babies.....thru routine things and very serious, complicated things. They were very sympathetic and understanding when the horrible days came that I had to say goodbye to my precious babies. When a vet cries with you, you know they care and love your babies too. <3
