Had computer problems the day I went in. Unable to assist me and asked me to come back. I did not come back, but went else where for what I needed. They are a nice place and customer oriented - except for this one occasion.

I do appreciate the level of care you have shown to my cat. While I realize the fact that he can be a rather difficult patient, the attending personnel handled him without too much of a problem. Pleasant staff, very accommodating. Very gentle with Maya, she tends to be stressed @ her visits. She did very well this visit!!

Overall, I am happy with Hampton Veterinary Hospital. The Vets are caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vet tech I recently had was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. She explained everything to me extremely well. The office and exam rooms seem very clean. Don't be late, however, because the office staff will make it known. Much better this time. I had called in to have the heart pills put aside for the dog. I had stopped by previously the week before when they had no computers. I was asked if I could come back or call later. I know people were frustrated, but customer service is number one with me and if a client came in I would take their name and number getting back to them when everything was up and...

Good visit. But this was an annual check-up. Anal sacs were not checked and no request for a poop sample. Didn't dawn on me until later in the day that these items were omitted. Was this up to me to remember?

I called for antibiotics for my 16 yr old dog for an issue that is exactly what she was seen for 6-8 months ago. One of her nostrils is swollen so it's difficult for her to breathe through that nostril. Last time, antibiotics fixed the issue within a couple days. When I called to see about getting antibiotics, I was told that they would not prescribe any without coming in. I had some unexpected...

the only reason thus far of not hitting 5 star is due to my not agreeing on their mandating all dogs to have the bortitella or not treating them at their facility. My dog never boards, and the vet my dog went for routine visits and such never made us have her get it.

It seems that Hampton Vet is not comfortable treating cats without medicating them first. I brought my cat in for a 2nd visit to have blood tests. He was returned to me 5 min. later because he had "growled". The technician refused to allow me to help remove my gentle cat from his carrier (one wonders what technique she used to remove him) "for safety concerns". She suggested I have the Vet...
