We mistakenly called another local vet, but stopped into HVH to confirm our appointment and they were more than welcoming, and assisted us in getting an appt set up a couple days later. The technician, doctor and all of the staff members were extremely kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had never been to this office before, but my Cairn mix Hammy was really, really sick. He is now resting comfortably. Thanks to Dr. McClellan & his Tech (so sorry, I have forgotten her name but not her kindness).
