Very rude reception and tech staff. Horrible experience and have already made arrangements to transfer both of my pets to a vet office that cares!
I have always used Grote Vet, but since Grote is not with the clinic anymore, it has completely went downhill. Records are not kept like they should be. When Nancy was office manager there was never a problem with such things! It seems like every month or two they have a different staff! It seems like it is all about money and not about the care of my little Maltese anymore! I got my baby's records yesterday, and will now be going to Dr. Nelson clinic!
Truly a terrible experience. And, I only brought my Springer Spaniel there to get a summer hair cut! Quoted $55. Brought him in a 7:30 AM and was told that he would be ready at 12:00 and that they would be closed from 12:00 until 2:30 so I needed to pick him up before 12. Went in at 11:45 and waited for 7 minutes before they told me that a German Shepard had come in (like I should care) and that he would not be ready until 2:30. We miss Dr.Grote and all of his staff. This practice is definitely not the same anymore.
