I brought my furbaby, Marnie in to have her yearly shots in April. While I was there I was asked if I had any other concerns and I stated I wanted them to look at a few skin tags she has. The vet said it wasn't necessary to remove the tags. My Pup was given her shots (I thought). I paid the (extremely high) bill and left. In October I brought my other fur baby (Buster) in to get his shots. At that time I found out that my first baby was not given her rabies shot in April. First of all was lied to when they said they had to intubate my dog for taking a tiny skin sample from his nose and charged me for it. I went ahead and blew it off & paid for it since I had no proof otherwise. Second they did a sample for a large bump in my dogs belly, accidentally put the sample in the drawer (my sis and I both saw it and thought how weird it was to do that) and took empty sample out to send out. Hi Mrs. Brunson, we aren't sure where the accusations of dishonesty are coming from. After interviewing our staff, it doesn't seem that was even a topic of conversation during your visit on Monday. As for Hank's testing, we took a punch biopsy which can make anywhere between 1mm - 8mm sized round incision to gather an appropriate amount of tissue from Hank's nose.
