Our History Upon graduation from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1964, Dr. Wayne Lutz founded Green Prairie Animal Clinic. Dr. Lutz began providing care to both small animal patients and large animal clients in the area, and it did not take long for the practice to take off. office manager canceled vet call after 2 other people in the office confirmed it, putting me in a jam to get a health certifiacte for my horse on short notice. she would not accept a valid coggins certificate because my name was not on the cert. that is not a requirement. she made up her own rules and i have a idfferent vet very willing and capable to help me. and on short notice! will never deal with this office again.
And using this vet for several years when I had puppies and everything but due to the front desk why do you being extremely rude about a rabie's tag that I paid in advance for I will not be coming back we'll be Finding a new vet . This wasn't the 1st time I wasn't satisfied by their job when I had puppies and one aspirated on the lungs It took the veterinarian over an hour to get there after hours yeah it thereafter hours to only find me with my puppy dead on my lap...
