For those of us with a sick pet who could not get into our regular vets because they are overbooked and do not save sick animal appointments or who are afraid of 24-hour emergency vet hospitals where ordinary care can run in the thousands, this place is a step in-between. It is much like human Urgent Care facilities. It is a bit more expensive than your personal vet, but not as expensive as the 24-hour emergency vet hospital. Upon arrival they got my cat in promptly, ran tests quickly and did everything they could to save hi... read more

Wonderful service. The website was helpful in letting us know when it was time for us to head to the clinic. Which was so nice, to be able to stay home and wait rather than sitting in a waiting room forever. Once we were there, the office staff, vet tech, and vet were so kind and helpful. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared for our dog. We originally called our vet to try to get an appointment and were told the soonest we could get in was a week! We've been going to that vet for a decade and our dog h... read more

My dog's injury still would not go away after paying these people $600. I come to find out my dog has a valley fever. These people failed to properly care for my dog's medical needs and they did so at a higher price than other veterinarians. and then when I tried to refill my dog's medication they once again refuse to help me with chewy. Call me crazy but I think veterinarian should do their job because they love animals not because they're greedy for money. If they want a job they could do for money they should all go be s... read more

600$ exam is Very over priced. I was quoted 120$ Then the Vet didn't write me a script I could use to order medicine online. Very frustrating I paid so much for someone to tell me stuff I already knew. Yes I know my dog has an abscess. Yes I know he needs pain meds and antibiotics. But society says I can't simply order the 15$ worth of medicine first I have to pay you 600$ to literally tell me what I already know before I can get a prescription to heal my dog. The least you could have done for me was make this easy. I feel l... read more

i took my dog to this vet since i couldn't get him in to my vet i knew he was in critical condition. i told them that when i took him in and they said he wasn't that bad. They gave us medicine and said if it doesn't work bring him back in two days. He had went from 31 lbs too 24 lbs in 5 days. Wouldn't eat and couldn't keep anything down. i don't know how they thought he would keep his medicine down, when he wouldn't eat and kept throwing up. He died in 1 day, i would never take an animal there.

I checked in online joining the waitlist 7:30 am, and I was immediately told that I was first in line and the drive over to the vet. My dog ingested Benadryl with nasal decongestant and vomited so we were worried about him and wanted him seen right away. First. I sat there for over a half hour and they charged my card $115 and then they told me that before my dog is even seen by a vet I need to call poison control and pay them $95 so that poison control can instruct the vet on how to treat my dog. This is in and of itself a ... read more

The idea of an urgent care is awesome because your home vet might not be able to get you in, but it also isn't a high enough problem to be seen at an emergency vet. But the problem is your wait list! I got on the waitlist about mid morning and rushed her right over because I needed to get to work right away and I was hoping they were willing to do something. But I was told I needed to go home and wait my turn in line even though my pet was already there. A triage nurse wasn't even offered, and when I asked how long the wait... read more
