I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! After going to another vet for three years, I am so happy I decided to switch. It is so challenging to find a good vet. People who genuinely care about you and your dogs, who explain things to you in a way you understand, and that make time for you, too. I understand the best practices will be busy, but when you're worried, you don't want to wait weeks! And when you arrive, they are efficient, super nice, and comfortable. Absolutely love this office. They took wonderful care of my dog. The vet answered all my questions and concerns. They loved my dog, and she returned the love with kisses. They sent my dog home with the meds she needed, they do not require a bunch of un-necessary tests and visits. Would highly recommend them to everyone!
Their staff is wonderful. The clinic is logically laid out and smoothly operated by caring professionals. My cat suffered no anguish and was treated affectionately and thoroughly. Dr. Bertsch is just the cat's meow.
These guys are fabulous! Every staff member is cheerful, thoughtful, and thorough. Wonderful with my dog, Meadow. AND their new West Lafayette clinic is in a great location and a beautiful facility. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I am so grateful to the staff at creek side...because of their willingness to accept my dog Brody as a patient on a walk-in for an emergency visit, he is going to make a full recovery from a life threatening bit wound ..I can't thank them enough for helping save our little buddy ! The entire staff at Creekside is wonderful! Although Dr. Schilling is our "regular" vet, our furbabies have seen all the vets and we are very impressed with each and every one! The support staff is friendly and very pet oriented. There is a tremendous amount of experience at this clinic and care is exceptional! They REALLY care!!
Brought in my cat urgently hoping they could help after we thought she got hit by a car. She was constantly crying and they turned me away after seeing I hadn't been in lately. They sent me to the urgent care vet and as soon as we walked in the vet was able to identify she needed put down I get there are certain things they can't do but I just felt a complete lack of empathy and definitely won't be back
scheduled Wellness Exam for Kitty with booking instructions of DO NOT CLEAN EARS" The vet decided to have her assistant cleaned Kitty's ears , she ruptured the ear drum and then instilled a chemical called Claro Otic drops (not approved for usage in cats) into the ruptured ear drum , causing cranial nerve damage. Kitty had to cared for at Purdue Neurology and had to be put to sleep 11 weeks later after much emotional upset & cost. All because the vet choose not to abide by my scheduling instructions "DO NOT CLEAN EARS"
3 experiences with creekside and one veterinarian in particular - all bad STEER CLEAR of their vet named TIMMONS - she is VERY MUCH of the "fake it until you make it" variety 1. misdiagnosed a UTI, prescribed and sold us medicine for it.... then we did our own research and about a month later we got a big "oops! no YOU'RE RIGHT it's her anal glands!" which were "the biggest they(sic) had ever seen" (our dog was only several months old mind you) and ABOUT TO RUPTURE. good catch creekside! *rolls eyes* 2. the same pup... read more
