Royally Pissed. We boarded Hugo for three days and he lost 6lbs. That's a tenth of his body weight. When my dog is so anxious that he refuses to eat for THREE days. That's a problem. I called to check on him and got told he was "awesome". Really? Losing a ton of weight is not "awesome". I could never in good conscious recommend this place. 0/5 Stars

This office is completely dysfunctional and discompassionate, do not bring your animals here if you want a timely diagnosis. I brought in 4 ~6 week old kittens that I had adopted after their mother was hit by a car in the street for a checkup for spots of hairloss around their ears and feet. I showed up to my appointment on time, then was made to wait for about 30 minutes before being called back into the room, then once I was in the room I got to sit around for a grand total of another 2 hours with four upset kittens in a s... read more

My husband brought my dog in about a month ago for not feeling well. It was very much something Gastro related.. they ran bloodwork and simply saw his thyroid levels were a little low. So Dr. Dorris prescribed thyroid meds, and every diarrhea med and supplement under the sun without even trying to get a real diagnosis on what was the culprit (yet somehow this cost 350). I took him to A different clinic when he steadily got worse. They palpated his stomach and just doing that felt something was wrong, ran a fecal, emptied ana... read more

Quoted one price and when got there with more than one dog price was triple what quoted. Did not use. Want $90 a dog, quoted $45 and $65. Place is clean and people nice just did a bait and switch.

I spent over $1000 in less than a week on my dog to get her well... only to have to take her to emergency vet after every visit with county line..... none of them cared about my financial situation ! They would not let me make payments! My lab just had a litter of 12 puppies.... and they really did nothing to help us figure out how to feed them when mama couldn't.... I tried EVERYTHING to get 2 week old puppies to nurse from bottle and only 4 would after 24 hours of trying! I was overwhelmed and felt helpless.... they showed... read more

Their staff is horrible. Have had several problems with being over charged for services they had no permission for. And they will tell you one thing and when you pick up your dog they have more charges they will do nothing about. Last time i will send my dog for boarding. Starting to look for a new vet.

Do not use this vet for any of their services, they let my dog sit in her own feces in their kennel all day. I brought my her in due to stomach issues, and they told me they were super busy and I could leave her there so they could work her in. I picked her and her scripts up at 445, and noticed she really stank. Come to find out she had dry feces caked in her behind AND tail fur as if she had been sitting in it all afternoon. We've been coming to this vet for 3 years and am very upset they'd treat any dog like this... we wo... read more
