Awful experience. We loved Dr Conway and she was the only reason we continued to come here. I called multiple times to make my dogs appointments for their upcoming vaccines and never got a call back. It all depends. our dog Luna has thyroid problems and is on medication for that. Mid to late July she was given steroids & antibiotics for skin allergies as her skin eas blotchy and her hair was growing back. She finished her meds for that so we called to see if she could continue on those meds as we thought she was improving. They told us to schedule an appointment for that...we did. Never again! Called in advance to set up boarding for my pets, called again to get an estimate of cost, never was it ever mentioned I needed to bring proof of vaccines! showed up on my way out of town for a Baptism and was notified I couldn't board without proof! WTF! Are you kidding me! So, in order to board I would have to pay an additional $300 in addition to the $200 boarding! Beware of these people are out to rob you blind and leave you in a bind,
