Changes are good. Apparently they ahve a new owner. Some of the staff is the same. Dr. Lanier and Ryan are not there, which is fine with me. Spoke with the new manager when I called to schedule my appointment. The receptionists where both very sweet, greet me as soon as I came in the door. Very nice doctor. Was not the owner, but another associate. Leparo was her names. My cat responded well with her, which is not the case on most visit. I have an appointment in two weeks for the dog. Would highly recommend.

FYI - Dr. Ryan no longer there, new owners Sardis is owned by a lady doctor now since the previous owner pasted about several years back. I recently went back after learning that Dr. Ryan nolonger worked there. The place is 150% better. The staff is so nice and wonderful. My dog was seen by the new owner, Dr. Johnson and she was just wonderful. Compassionate is not only their name, that is how she practices. Wonderful, wonderul!! So happy I returned. Wonderful Care!!!! Highly Recommended!!! Dr. Johnson and her staff are just wonderful, sweet people. Knowledgable and compassionate. Treats the pet like it is their own. Prices are very resonable. The care is so much improved!!!!!\r

This Veterinarian office Staff is AMAZING Dr. Johnson is the most AMAZING Vet I've ever come across. I stopped her today 25min into our very first appt. and thanked her for the amount of time and love she was showing my dog. I've had some very nice Vets, but Dr. Johnson is beyond a doubt the most caring, patient, and THOUROUGH Vet ever. By far the best vet I have found in this area! Dr. Johnson has seen me through some tough times. approx. 2 years ago I took in my eight week 10 ounce chihuahua to Dr. Johnson with kennel cough. With a dog this size and age kennel cough most commonly would have been fatal. She saw my dog everyday for 2 weeks to weigh, hydrate, and listen to her lungs to make sure my puppy would stabilize. A Blessing in DIsguise!!!!! I started off having a very bad expreience going to Banfied looking for help for my dog Molly. My daughter discovered a strange bubble on the right ear. Excellent !!!! Excellent !!!! Excellent !!!! I wish Dr. Johnson were my own personal physician. She spent an hour going over all the options available for my dog with Hip Dysplasia. The staff is organized, compassionate and friendly. I think she did a great job on the surgery, and I would recommend her to anyone in the Charlotte area in the need of a Veterinary Surgeon.

The care and experience received makes them the best The amount of care and experience received makes them the best In my most worrying and agitated times where I needed help for my cat who had dental problems, I have found that Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Charlotte to be a place of comfort-a highly trustworthy institution where I could rely on fantastic doctors and nurses who helped my cat as if she was theirs. Detailed explanations and care we received was the BEST in the world.

Compassionate Care is better than your average vet I've been taking my dog, Beringer, to a different vet with varied results and not much instruction or options given. I took him to Compassionate Care and Dr. Johnson and staff exceeded my expectations. They were able to do the basics to get his file started and to see where he was at and when I came to pick him up they went over all of his vitals with me and gave me several educated options as far as treatment and how I wanted to proceed.
