Dr. Wheat was great with my guinea pig! Definitely recommend to anyone in need of care for exotics!
We had only been in the area for a month and a half when one of our cats inexplicably lost most motor function in her back legs. We were able to make a same-day appointment with vets who specialize in cat care. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the vet was amazing with her. Centerville Animal Hospital has the most caring, most professional, and most loving vets anywhere. Each of them will take the most difficult situation and give options as to how it can be rectified. Each vet just loves the dogs when he/she is getting checked and treats him/her as their own. We only moved here 3 years ago and we were looking for compassionate vets and we feel that we have found them along with everyone on their staff. Thank you, Dr Riedel, Dr Miani, and Dr Hayden, for such reliable and knowledgeable service!
Just before they closed on Friday, I dropped by the front desk to retrieve a refill I had requested earlier in the day. Within a few minutes, I had paid and was out the door. Clients and their owners were still coming and going. All the employees I encountered were relaxed and efficient. Thanks for providing such great service and aiding us in taking care of our dog. M. We just switched to Centerville Animal Hospital and couldn't be more pleased. The staff is so kind and understanding including the front desk, the pharmacy, the techs, and especially Dr. Betty Riedel. She has taken our 12 1/2 year old Welsh Terrier, who was in very bad shape since we were in transit from PA for months, and has improved his condition 100%. Centerville Animal Hospital staff has been amazing to our new Bull Dog, Gracie! The entire staff is so caring and friendly, we knew we were in the right place from the start. After Gracie had a minor procedure and was spayed she developed pneumonia, the staff took amazing care of Gracie and Dr. Hayden personally called our pet insurance provider after they denied our claim. All was resolved and we have our happy and healthy puppy back home.
They are awesome staff ,vets and receptionist they treated my pet like it was their own. And that means the most to me,and they didn't try to give me things I didn't need. Glad I took my pet there, and I will continue to do so.
Very nice upscale vet clinic with very nice people and veterinarian. However! They are crazy expensive like so many corporate owned vet hospitals today. $895 for basic shots and an ear infection. I'm sorry. That is confiscatory. They could have at least called our previous vet clinic in Scottsdale for records at those prices. We had an appointment to have our Yorkie groomed today. Over the course of over one year with Centerville Animal Hospital, they have repeatedly proven themselves to be nothing more than a substandard Vet. Clinic. Their failure to correct in house incompetence will continue to be their downfall until God willing they are under new management and or close. No business should repeatedly have to continue to apologize for their non communication and/or incorrect scheduleing as they have over the course of a year.
