Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

There are no words that can express my gratitude for Dr. Venable. My first born fur baby was not acting like herself so I brought her in to be seen. Dr. Venable was so compassionate when she told me that she suspected that she had a tumor on her spleen. She let me cry and took her time with me while I processed all my options. We decided to remove her tumor and spleen. She gave me time to spend with my first born baby and I am forever grateful! Thank you Dr. Venable!
