Thank ya'll all for listening to what I had to say as Heidi's mom and what I've observed. I appreciate that I was able to have input in her treatment plan,and didn't feel like I was being talked over. Heidi loved all the staff. Everyone was so very, very nice, beautiful facilities and Heidi was not stressing as much as she usually does. Plus her nail trim was perfect and the least stressful I've ever seen!

Thanks for being sweet to my scared kitty and letting him hide in the cabinets while he waited to be seen. I also really appreciate your taking the time to sit and explain everything to me, and for being so great about communicating with us while he was there overnight. The phone call to check on him once he was back home was really nice, too. Kitty's doing great, now! Thanks!
