Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

This is the absolute best, top notch place to care for fur babies. The staff is amazing and I believe they truly understand our feelings as fur parents. From the time you call or walk into their office you are greeted warmly with smiles and hellos from everyone. We had our first ever fur baby emergency happen the week before Thanksgiving. Our fur baby, Charlie, was see at the ER Vet late in the evening where we learned that he had a urinary blockage. They treated him and kept him overnight. I needed boarding for our LabPitt mix for the thanksgiving holiday weekend.I cannot thank the staff enough for taking care of our sweet boy.He was terrified and the staff made sure to comfort him and contact us with updates. I’m changing Vets now! Carson will be our new home for our pets.
