Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Wonderful people. I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Carson for over 30 years and really love the care he gives them. He is also very sweet to me and my husband and kind when we have to euthanize one of our dogs. We couldn't ask for a nicer vet and the office staff, too.

Dr Carson took lots of time with us to review Max’s records from his previous vet. I really appreciated this. He also explained the cause of Max’s loss of fur and itching. I left feeling that i finally can make him better. Thank you Dr Carson and Max says thanks for the cheese wizz. He loved it! 🐶
