Carson Veterinary Clinic was originally established in 1982 by Dr. Jim Carson III and has proudly been serving the Acadiana area ever since. The founding principles were and still are honesty, integrity, trust and perhaps the biggest of all, customer service. We perform a wide range of advanced diagnostics and surgery as well as annual examinations, vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention as well as boarding. We take pride in our work and are always willing to go above and beyond for you and your pets!

Dr. Kelsie and the entire staff at Carson Hospital is absolutely amazing.. It was my first meeting with Dr. Kelsie and all I can say is her time, care and kindness to explain all options on my elderly pup was very heartwarming. she did additional research and got back to me with additional details and options for my pup within 24hrs. I have been a client with Dr. Carson for over 20 years now and I will not go anywhere else. They have a heart of Gold and I appreciate the follow up they do with each pup.

I have been going to Carson Vet clinic for some time. They are so kind and attentive. I trust them last year I brought my 17 1/2 year old Shi tzu , I had to put him to sleep, he had a stroke and was in pain. I also am cripple and they made the process comforting. Thank you’ll Claudia Graver

I am beyond pleased with the care Dr. Frady has given my Tiny dog. We didn’t know what happened to her but knew Tiny suffered some sort of trauma or illness. Dr. Frady ruled it down to a snake or spider bite and we found the culprit, still coiled where Tiny went potty-a baby copperhead. Thank you Dr. Frady and thank goodness my Tiny is slowly improving.
