I love taking my five yorkies to the clinic. I'm always greeted by the staff and made to feel that I'm somehow special. The service is excellent. My most recent visit was an emergency visit and Dr responded to my phone call within minutes and came into the office quickly on a Sunday afternoon. I have recommended the clinic to other yorkie owners who also found the service excellent in diagnosing liver shunt. I will continue using their services as long as I have a pet.
I've been coming to this Veterinary Clinic for over 17 years now and I've always found smart, compassionate and friendly staff. If a problem arose, it was dealt with like family. Excellent, compassionate and friendly care is what you will get at Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic. We have been going there since 2003 when we moved to the area and we love this clinic. We highly recommend taking your pets when they need to see the vet.
We came here for a 2nd opinion after not getting reaults with our regular vet. They listened to the issue and gave us meds and the sore cleared up within 2 weeks. The office also called to check how he was doing along the way. Very personable, carung and professional.
My husband and I have been bringing our pets to this office since 1983 and they are an important part of our pet family. Most recently, Dr Barnett performed acl/ccl surgery on our westie. He was able to explain all the details about the surgery to help me understand and feel confident that our baby girl would get the best care. She is now convalescing at home and getting stronger every day. I am saddened to hear about Dr Barnett's passing and that he won't be a part of her recovery.
