They’ve always taken such good care of both my boys, but especially lately. My dog went into shock and needed a procedure. They kept us informed of his condition and the realistic expectations every step of the way. The vet even called over the weekend to go over his blood work results. Moved to the Carlisle area 10 years ago and I have been taking my Pets there ever since. I lot one of my Pets and the Doctors and staff were so good and compassionate at that time. When I went to pick up her ashes, they took me back to a private room to give them to me, they didn't just hand them to me over the counter. If they are not extremely busy they always welcome you and your Pets when you arrive for a visit and my pets love to go there.
