My husband and I love Care First! Always there when we need them, appointments are seen right on time, and the staff are so sweet and caring to our Chewy!
Someone pls give Luis a raise (I hope I spelled his name right?). Truly a wonderful asset to care first. This weekend I took my dog in for his second and third dose for heart worm treatment and he was patient the whole time. He answered my questions, called me with updates, looked up medications I had questions with, & even carried my dog out to my car for me because I was anxious. Wonderful guy!

Care first on Glenwood is absolutely amazing! They truly care about your pet and are fully transparent about treatments and prices. Since Bella’s diagnosis they have texted and called to check in on her multiple times and answered my many questions. 10/10 recommend!
After having to lay our sweet Raven to rest last week, I received the most beautiful flower arrangement today with such a thoughtful card attached to it. No one wants to ever have to do this but the staff at CFAH could not have been more caring, thoughtful, and loving towards our Raven as he peacefully gained his wings and crossed over the rainbow bridge. Thank you all so much for demonstrating how an animal hospital should be, you all are amazing ❤️
You guys are absolutely amazing! You guys made putting our baby down much easier and definitely comforted us in this time in need ! .. First a card was sent out for my sweet girl with all you guys signature and special kind words then flowers ! You’ll never know how much we truly appreciate it thank you so much for everything ! This is the best animal hospital experience I have ever had. My baby was hospitalized for 3 days and the staff took top notch care. I got calls throughout the day with updates and pictures each evening. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Whenever we visited our dog, he was in a good mood and you could tell he loved the staff.
My wife and I would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr McConnell and her Tryon Road Care First Animal Hospital team who came to the rescue to help us with our distressed puppy this morning. There is no doubt their prompt on-site response saved her. First class service!
