I have been going back and fourth with these people for days. My dogs contracted kennel cough while in boarding. (Not at their facility). It took me a week to get an appt for them. I was constantly told to call at 8am on weekdays and 8:30am on Saturday to schedule an emergency appt. I did that for a week to no avail. Someone called me back after a week to finally get an appt. they prescribed an antibiotic. All my dogs weigh about the same and got different dosages. maybe there is a reason why they last got best of nj in 2014 what happened in 2021. rude office manager jennifer, let my dog suffer with her bad attitude. i have a disability and she was making fun of my condition. After you are put on hold for 45 mins, then maybe just maybe they will pick up the phone, just to give you attitude.
My dog is almost 18 years old. I had a problem with my cell phone and did not get to speak with the vet. I had to go up to the office door and I told them my cell died. They did not try to accomodate me at all so I could speak with the vet. The communication has been terrible ever since their covid procedure. They keep you on hold for a very long time when you arrive for your appointment. They should have 2 lines, one for appointments that have arrived and another for general calls. I have nothing negative to say about the services provided by this vet practice, my family and I have been going for years with our numerous cats and dogs. Although I will say that they suck your bank account clean. I am extremely unhappy about how sneaky they are and charge outrageously and numerous amounts of time for visits. I recently took my dog there for his yearly check-up and due to receiving the rabies vaccine, he was unable to receive the distemper vaccine the same day so I had to re-schedule it. STAY AWAY! Our dog had a well-known, common skin condition and was not diagnosed. He suffered for 6 months with itching, scabs, bleeding, terrible odor... We spent *thousands* of $$ on office visits, shampoos, over-the-counter lotions. Burl-moor never diagnosed; just prescribed antibiotics and told us to give him Benadryl.
