I have two dogs that I adopted from local shelters and am so glad that I decided to take them to Burl Moor Driben. The doctors and staff have been incredible throughout the past few years when it comes to making appointments, asking advice over the phone, demeanor with both me and my dogs, and following up after injuries or illnesses. When asked when making an appointment which doctor I'd like to see, I say *any of them* since I have seen all of them and each is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone I know that ... read more
I have two dogs that have been Burl-Moor-Driben patients since 2004 and I cannot be happier with the treatment they receive. Recently, one of my dogs was suffering from a stomach issue that was causing him to wake up several times throughout the night. Dr. Ian performed a thorough examination and was able to diagnose the issue and suggest a successful treatment. Our sleepless nights have since ceased. This is a mere example of the type of treatment and care received from the Burl-Moor-Driben Veterinarians. I continue to reco... read more
We have been using Burl Moor for our dogs for several years now. We generally see Dr. Ian and have been extremely pleased with his care. Dr. Ian is knowledgable and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is very patient and gentle, particularly with one of our dogs who tends to be "nervous," and this makes nail clipping less traumatic for all of us! We have recommended Burl Moor to friends and family, who also use the practice as well now.
My pets and I have been with Burl-moor-Driben for over 45 yrs. We love this place. The Drs. are intelligent, caring and compassionate .
Friendly folks whom I have trusted to care for my dogs for many years.
I had a 5 star review a few years ago during covid. Dr driven sr was amazing. My older dog I wanted palliative care..he 100% understood. My vet for many years was dr heller....he retired. We now have 4 rescue cats. 2 are 4 and 2 are 15.5. The one older with dr driben sr.did get blood work he was very informative and cared. The sister of that cat my husband took in today to get a refill on a medicine she has been on for asthma. They would not give a script unless came in. They don't do liquid so I cant purchase there...so I ... read more
What a rude bitch at the desk. Waited two and half weeks for an appointment only to be told they don't see any appointment in their system and okie dokie by the rude women at the desk. Had been going here for years. surgeries boarding and vet checks. Will never go back.
I have been going back and fourth with these people for days. My dogs contracted kennel cough while in boarding. (Not at their facility). It took me a week to get an appt for them. I was constantly told to call at 8am on weekdays and 8:30am on Saturday to schedule an emergency appt. I did that for a week to no avail. Someone called me back after a week to finally get an appt. they prescribed an antibiotic. All my dogs weigh about the same and got different dosages. One of my dogs is having a bad reaction to the medicine. I t... read more

After you are put on hold for 45 mins, then maybe just maybe they will pick up the phone, just to give you attitude.
