I love all the staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, all the way to the doctors. They are thoughtful, kind and the prices are reasonable. They work with you and give you lots of options for treatment

I don’t write many reviews but wanted to let others know if they are looking for a veterinarian for their beloved fur babies, this is the place to go. The entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly, sincere, caring, and compassionate. They helped us cross our beautiful Susie over the rainbow bridge. They sat with us and comforted us during a difficult time. Thank you Brookside.
We have been taking our dog here since she was 8 weeks old! Everyone is so sweet and treats your fur baby like they are their own!!❤️ I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lisa and the crew! These guys deal with a lot and no matter what...they always have a smile when they see you! They'll make sure your taking care of.
I had an emergency with our beloved kitty and without hesitation the staff was there to help. Although the outcome was not what anyone wanted it was the only option, which I went there already knowing what was going to happen. Everyone was kind and sympathetic and very understanding. They even sent a beautiful card and pawprint with condolences! It was the same wonderful service I've always received!
On Feb 18th, we had to say goodbye to our yellow Lab, Abby Rose. She was just two weeks shy of her 13th birthday. The entire Brookside staff were WONDERFUL! Very carrying and compassionate, allowing us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They prepared her for us to bring her home, and she looked so precious in her burial box. TODAY, March 7th, we received a card signed by the Brookside staff with Abby's pawprint...and as if that was not enough, we received Abby's paw print in a molded heart as well. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff that are pet owners too! They talk to you with genuine concern, provide treatment/finance/insurance options, and want you & your pet to return not only as customers but friends as well. ~Seriously try 'em out, I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised. 😀👍🐾🐾
