The staff is always so friendly! They also do a great job about explaining the procedures and what is going on! They have always loved on my cats like their own!
So we are “those” cat parents that treat our 15 year old Siamese better than each other most days. She had a very traumatic vet visit at her previous vet and we were asked to leave the practice. Mind you she is 5.5 pounds!! As angry as I was..it was a total blessing. I could not even begin to tell you how happy I am that we found Blue Oasis. The entire visit was amazing. Great team work. Everybody works together together good outcome for your pet. Even though Dr. Lucas wasn’t in the office her staff knew and followed her directions on the care for my cats. Also the open layout of the hospital shows this place not only cares for the animal but also the needs of the pet owner. I was not kept waiting someplace while my cat received treatment. I highly recommend Blue Oasis Pet Hospital. I have lived all over this city at times and have used a lot of vets. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Lucas and her team. They were so caring and comforting to me when doing a second opinion on my cat Merlin. He had spent 2 nights in the hospital at another vet's office and I left there not really knowing for sure what was wrong and what wasn't. Blue Oasis Pet Hospital provides outstanding pet care at a reasonable price. One of my dogs became very ill, very quickly. Even though there were no openings, they had me bring my dog in immediately and cared for her. Dr Lucas and her team were so compassionate and caring. I am new to the area and I am so happy to have found a facility that cares so much about animals and provides such great care! Thank you!
