I'm thrilled that I have found Blue Oasis and Dr. Lucas! The philosophy of keeping the owner involved in the care of the animal throughout the process, even during surgery, is fabulous and honestly, this is the first clinic with the "fear free" certification I've visited that lives up to that designation. After a complete lack of communication from the veterinary practice I’ve been with for over two decades, I took my cat to Dr. Lucas and received excellent care and communication. I knew Dr. Lucas when she was first starting out in practice and she impressed me then. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I’ll likely transition all of my pets over to her. Every staff member there is caring and competent, and I loved being able to stay with my cat while she was sedated, intubated, and put through various diagnostic procedures.

I really love this clinic. We take our cats and bulldog here. A few times it’s been an emergency and they have been kind enough to work us in. I recently had to bring my 20 year old cat to be euthanized and I have to say the compassion of the entire staff and Doctor really makes all of the difference in that situation. Sometimes it’s tricky to get an appointment but that’s how it is when you find a practice this great. Thank you so much for caring for my animal family.
