Our first visit was today and everyone there was amazing. They took the time to explain things and listened to our concerns. It's the first time a vet (and their staff) has taken the time to do this with us. I felt like they really cared about our dogs. I highly recommend them!
We were told our dog had a sarcoma after they biopsied the area were a lump was. They told us surgery was the best thing to do because sarcomas spread fast. We did the surgery. Turns out it was a lipoma(fatty tissue). That needed absolutely no medical intervention. The incision site got infected and they told us it was fine. So we had to bring her to the emergency vet, were they very easily and obviously diagnosed the site as infected. Horrendous and incompetent office staff. Stay away from this practice. I specifically requested in writing to have them do lab tests as my regular vet is not able. This would be a 1 and done situation. This was needed under a very tight deadline - needed it done by tomorrow and results by end of next week provided to me to be given to a specialist.
