My girlfriend and I have used Aquaduct Animal Hospital for years on the advice of my Uncle Fred. We had a rescue dog named Cherish that was very special need...her eyes were drenched in bleach as a pup, she had a collapsed trachea for whatever reason. Following my last sort of negative review about the $25 fee... Dr Pike reached out to me and was very nice, he explained that the fee was not a non-refundable booking fee but is only to offset a no-show... that I fully understand. The money will be deducted from the bill for treatment. He was very pleasant and helpful, I thank him for his time to reach out to me and to explain things fully. Little kitty is now booked in for her check up.

I've never had a bad experiance at Aqueduct Hospital and i've been going there for years. Recently i had to put my 16 plus year old Husky down, thou it is never easy they were very supportive and made it a little easier. The day i decide to get another dog, i will continue to go there. Thank you all.

Dr. Matt P. is kind and takes the time to listen and guide. We advised him that we needed to keep expenses reasonable and he worked with us and gave amazing care to our dog and was very sensitive to guiding us through a long life for our dog including nipping problems at the beginning when the dog was given to us for that reason and end of life illnesses. His Staff and another Vet were also so kind to us through it all.

Had an appointment for two dogs and took the day off work. They had the appointment down for a month later. Even though this was a scheduling error on their part, they saw both dogs and took care of them

I have been bringing my cats and dog to Aqueduct Animal Hospital for 22 years. The veterinary staff has changed over that time but the level of care has always been top notch. The staff at reception, the vet techs, grooming and support staff all the way up to the veterinarians themselves have always been extraordinarily professional, pleasant and supportive. We moved 25 miles away 12 years ago and tried a different facility closer by. We returned here and drive 40 minutes each way because we have such confidence in the care ... read more

The folks at Aqueduct Animal Hospital are friendly, accommodating and professional. We had a litter of puppies about 2 years ago, with one that was not doing well. Following their advice, the little bugger not only lived, but thrived. In my experience with other veterinarians, there is none better than those at this location. A special mention to Dr. Pike. He is nothing short of awesome. I will not bring any of my dogs to any other place.

I've been going to Aqueduct for years. I take both dogs and the cat there. The staff is friendly and Dr. Pike and Dr. Caravaty are great. They have always taken the time needed for whatever brought us there. As a matter of fact, I was there just this morning to have our new rescue (we've had him two months) get his Bordatella shot. I was a bit apprehensive as he was a little growly on his first visit.
