Dr Jane has been amazing with my little guy! He was a rescue, born at animal control, and as most puppies go - he has had an interesting 1st year. She is always calm and sweet with Carlos and he loves going to see her. She and her staff are amazingly thurogh and always super helpful! They have a pet portal you can access online which keeps track of his wellness visits, vaccinations and monthly Trifexus. This clinic doesn't care about your pet at all, they want to run up charges, and will not let you accompany your pet in the clinic because they say the clinic is too small. When I called about an appointment I was given a strong sales pitch that they would spend lots of time with us, I was told a deposit was needed to make an appointment. When the clinic called me as a reminder the day before, that is when I was told that I would not be allowed to accompany my dog for his appointment. I guess I'm going to be the one weird person who decided to write a review about a vet that is receiving otherwise stellar reviews. I have a 12-year-old Maltese, Lexi, and I decided to take her here because of the stellar reviews, and because they advertise that they offer unconventional and holistic therapies. Angel (?) Animal Hospital When you're sitting at the Emergency Vet Hospital at 3 a.m. with your best friend of 11 years dying needlessly because of misdiagnosis and inappropriate meds, you realize how important it was to choose a competent, ethical, honest vet you and your pet can trust. Your pet's life depends on it. You don't get a 2nd chance to make the right choice for him. There are many great vets in Springfield....Please don't take your precious pet to this place. I am so sorry, Buddy.
