Excellent service. We are new to the area and Chase (mini Australian Shepherd) was stressed over temporary housing and traditional insect repellent and heart worm. (Not a problem in Central Oregon). His skin was red with outbreaks of rash spots and he was 5# overweight. With a limp. You will not find a better veterinarian or more loving staff than the one at Angel Animal Hospital. Everyone is devoted to the animals and each cat or dog receives amazing care under the careful eye of Dr. Jane Flathers. I have both cat and dog and they both go to Dr. Jane for ALL their needs. I have never been more pleased with a vet or an office than I have been with them.

I have to preface this by saying that our dogs (all three rescue animals) are the center of our life. They are our kids and get treated as such. We take their care and upkeep as serious as anyone would with a child. With that said you can understand that making a great choice in vets is a top priority for us. Dr. Flathers is amazing! She's very loving and caring and always wants whats best for pets and their owners. She even managed to get my very leery, not very nice dog to let her pet him.

Been coming here for years and I won't go back to any other clinic! Friendly, highly efficient and highly competent staff. They go above and beyond care for my babies (pets.). Jane Flathers DVM works very hard and cares so very much! You couldn't ask for a better and more compassionate vet!

Dr. Flathers is UH-MAZING. So are all of the Vet Techs and reception! All of the staff and Dr. Flathers know our animals by name and truly care about how they are doing. If we ever have a question, I feel comfortable enough to call and ask at anytime. It's rare to find a Vet that accepts same-day appointments or walk-ins. At one point, my German Shepherd had some concerning symptoms and behavior, I called their office directly and even though Dr. Flathers wasn't there on sight to answer my questions (she was busy elsewhere).... read more

I've been bringing my babies to Dr. Jane Flathers since she's been here. I have absolute faith and trust in her! She's seen us through the good and bad times with our pets. She truly cares. The staff are amazing too! They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. I know several vet clinics in Springfield that don't come close to giving you the quality of care and support that you can find at Angel Animal. I'm here from out of town and these people are the best! Got me in and out quickly but the best part is how gentle and kind they were with my dog.
