RecommendedLet me start by saying, this review is so overdue. Our sweet golden, Maddie, has been a patient for at least 4 years. During that time, she has had a mystery illness twice - they never stopped listening, examining, and working with us until they fixed her up. She snapped a toe nail backwards while playing catch - they had her come right in and fixed her up. Two months ago, she had a growth on her knee - they fixed her up. RecommendedI just moved to Oglesby and, unfortunately, my 6 month old German Shepherd got hit by a truck (who didn’t stop). I brought her to Ancare and she needed a very expensive surgery. I couldn’t afford it and didn’t want her suffering, so I made the difficult decision to put her down. The staff were extremely kind and understanding of my situation. If I ever muster the courage to get a new dog, I will definitely bring it here. Thank you all.
RecommendedHad a scare with my Bernese mountain dog Charlie and I called yesterday at 2PM and was able to get me a drop off appt today at 730 AM luckily he is fine and must have just gotten into something. They understand our fur babies are just as important to us as any other family member. Thank you for always being there morning noon and night if possible...Vickey Schafer

RecommendedWe added 2 puppies to our family and we have a dog at home already and he goes to a different vet. When We got home I called our vet and made them appointments and they couldn’t get them in for two weeks. They are busy I understand... if they were not having issues I would have waited the 2 weeks. I called Ancare and they got the girls in the next day. They are great at explaining everything and staff is very friendly.

RecommendedOpen on Sunday! How convenient! This was our first time visit with Dr. Elizabeth! So this is about my visit Sunday. My kitty had an eye issue going on and she was so very gentle with him! This made me very happy! She was very personable and knowledgeable! So was the girl working with her! (Sorry can't recall your name sweetie!) They both seemed to genuinely take interest in caring for him! This made me so very happy and way less anxious!
