Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The doctors are very efficient and patient...explaining everything they are doing and looking for. Listening to the pet owner while asking questions regarding the pet and answering your questions you may have. The medical equipment available is probably by far the best, most updated and extensive in this area for animals with out having to drive many many miles away for extensive testing and rehabilitation that I'm aware of. My husband and I were traveling across country last month with our two dogs in our motorhome. The second day of our trip our little Frenchie got what looked like a huge tumor between her toes. I took Macey there for full body ultrasound and expertise on her health conditions. They helped us and did whatever it took. Beautiful clean facility and helpful staff all around. Probably one of the best in the area. Thank you for giving us the best care we could do and last few months of her life.
I had to take my cat sassy there Sunday cause we found something on her stomach. We definitely didn’t get an outcome of what we wanted they were very compassionate and caring towards us when they gave us the news. The vet was very gentle with sassy and she warmed to him right away. Their staff is very caring and repectful.
Let me start by saying, this review is so overdue. Our sweet golden, Maddie, has been a patient for at least 4 years. During that time, she has had a mystery illness twice - they never stopped listening, examining, and working with us until they fixed her up. She snapped a toe nail backwards while playing catch - they had her come right in and fixed her up. Two months ago, she had a growth on her knee - they fixed her up.
