They only care about money
Please do not, I repeat DO NOT bring your dog to this vet! My husband and I recently got a puppy and decided to come to this vet clinic because it’s nearby our house. The first couple of times were okay. Not the nicest, and a little rough, but just okay. However, for her three month check up and vaccinations, our puppy was treated terribly. My cat Bleu was not eating or drinking much lately (he had kidney disease) so I scheduled him an appointment for a check up on 9-25-17. Dr. Nuss was our vet that day, he was wonderful and explained that Bleu had lost about 3 pounds since the last time he was seen and was dehydrated as well which can happen in cats with KD. He suggested getting him fluids either by doing a stay at the vet or sending us home with the fluids to give to him. I had been taking my 10 month old cat there and I didn't have any complaints until the last visit. My cat had surgery to be fixed and they had her stay over night. When I brought my cat back home, she had fleas. I brought my cat back for her check up and told them that she had gotten fleas from when she stayed the night there. They tried telling me that she probably already had fleas but my cat doesn't go outside and she is the only pet I have. Over the years, we've tried several times to start a relationship with Ancare. They are close by and have wonderful facilities. Every time we've had dealings with them it has left a bad taste in our mouth. They have always seemed completely rule-bound and inflexible and always left us feeling that they were more concerned with separating us from our money than with providing service for our pets.
Way over priced$my dog had a surgical procedure to remove a mass cell tumors 1200$ needless to say more tumors came back 3wks later and they wouldn't talk to me in less I of course made another appointment and more money there all about money not sure about the care.
