Personally I think they either don't really care , don't know or are in it just for money . I took my bunny and cat there. My cat wound up dying and my bunny got worse. I drove out to Aurora, Indian Prairie Animal Hospital , and those people are fantastic in every way ! Its an hour from me compared to the 10 minute drive here but is 100% worth it !

After allowing a first year veterinarian handle an emergency situation that resulted in the death of my pet, the manager at Ancare, Deanna Grove, belittled and threatened me. We had to make an emergency visit with our rabbit yesterday. My wife said multiple times that she was concerned of a blockage. The vet rubbed his belly and tried saying he was suffering from an ear infection. She gave the rabbit some fluid and told my wife to monitor the rabbit for 24-48 hours. Within 6 hours I had called back and said there were no signs of improvement. I was told to monitor still. 2 hours later I held the rabbit as it went into convulsions and took its last breath. We took our recently adopted dog to Ancare. They never kept their word and were extremely condescending! I called for a follow-up appointment since the problem was not rectified at the initial visit.
