As someone who works with animals, I’m confused as to why you would be taking an animal out for one on a slip lead that has very soft fur and is very small and for two you’re taking an animal out without a fenced in area if he had a harness on, you should’ve put a leash on it. Terrible customer service and they did not weigh our pet correctly knowing what her previous weight was they should have noticed it before her surgery. They treat your pet like a number and did not honor the quote given for surgery after being told when it was scheduled it would be. Then the day of surgery they could not see the quote on their system and claimed it to be just a negative aspect of their system.

Advanced Pet Care Clinic iv also had an experience with them with over charging me. I go once a month to get my dogs nails grind that includes ear cleaning. I get the same thing every time. Before they take the dogs back I even tell them nail grind and ear cleaning. After awhile I stopped looking at the invoice. They over charged me at one visit and I thought it was a bit much but I didn’t put any thought into it. I went back a month later for the same appointment same thing and I was charged less.
