Rude and unprofessional. We tried for two weeks to arrange boarding and we’re given the runaround incorrect information and our calls and emails were ignored. Try someplace else.
First visit for my rescue cat who had an ingrown toenail. Dr Cook and her assistant Brook were exceptionally kind and patient with my cat and me-explaining everything and taking their time. Follow up was great with Dr Cook responding to my concerns the next day. My cat is impossible to restrain and could not even be adequately examined, so she needed to spend the night and be sedated to have her toenail issue surgically fixed. Can a pregnant cat be given a 4 in 1 vaccine?
I can’t believe I couldn’t come in with my dog when I had to put her down! But I was able to go in the last 2 times and spent over $1,000 ! I would t never just drop by dog off to be put down!!!!!!! I will never go there again!!
Dirty Lobby, untrained receptionist with low working standards. Eating while dealing with public, food residue in his beard.- slow services. We got up and walked out!
